Thank you for shopping with LIYO Silks. We’re committed to delivering beautiful, high-quality sarees. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a conditional return and refund policy, detailed below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept return or refund requests only if:
1. The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product, color, or size).
2. A full unboxing video is provided as proof.

    To qualify:
        • The video must start with the sealed package and show the entire unboxing process.
        • It must clearly capture the product’s condition on arrival.
        • The video must be unedited, recorded in a single take, and submitted before the product is worn or used.
Without this video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
      • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
      • Customized sarees or stitched blouses
      • Items showing minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Return Request Timeline
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Please follow these steps:
1. Email support@liyosilks.com with:
     ◦ Your order number
     ◦ A brief description of the issue
     ◦ Your unboxing video as an attachment or link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days after reviewing your request.
3. If approved, we will:
     ◦ Offer a replacement, OR
     ◦ Issue a store credit or refund
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping Responsibility
     • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
     • Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Important Notes
     • LIYO Silks reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request if the submitted evidence is incomplete or does not meet policy requirements.
     • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on case evaluation.
