5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer conditional returns and refunds:

Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

A full product opening video, recorded from package arrival through unboxing, is mandatory for any claim.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

We do not accept returns on custom-stitched, altered, or sale items.
