We currently ship to:
• All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska & Hawaii)
• U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam – delivery times may vary)

Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons, promotional periods, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges
• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
• Orders below $75 incur a flat rate of $6.99
• Expedited or special shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
• You can also track your order directly through our website or shipping carrier.
Delays & Exceptions
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak demand.
• LIYO Silks is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
• If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Unavailability to receive the package
• Refusal of delivery
You will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
International Shipping (Upon Request)
